All services are provided subject to the instructions and supervision of the UK client. The UK MRO, medico-legal agency, solicitor or medical expert remains responsible for legal, clinical, regulatory and MedCo compliance.

We support the medico-legal process, but we do not replace professional judgement, expert independence or the responsibilities of regulated UK organisations.
